This spacious detached stone cottage is situated in the pretty hamlet of Les Agneaux. The property is set in a stunning location with large 4.5metre x 9 metre (above ground) swimming pool overlooking the surrounding countryside. The cottage is only 5 minutes drive to the village of Payzac which is a pretty village situated high on a hill top with picturesque views and has many attractions for the holiday maker.  Two excellent restaurants, 2 bakers, a bank, cafes bars and a large supermarket.  A 10 minutes drive from the cottage and you find yourself in the pretty, historic market town of Saint Yrieix la Perche on the Haute-Vienne/Dordogne border.  Saint Yrieix has many interesting shops and cobbled lanes to explore.

This lovely modern villa style house is built on 3 floors and to a high standard. The main floor is the middle one, affording magnificent views over the Dordogne countryside.  Outside to the rear is a large terrace which gives sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. There are a set of steps down to the next terrace and then a further set of steps to the third terrace and pool.

The pool is 10m x 5m. The maximum depth is 2m and minimum 0.9m with roman steps for easy access. It has an alarm and security cover. There is a large shingled area for parking/playing games as well as many flower beds and shrubs giving a countrified feeling, although the town centre is only a 20 minute walk away.
